| An INNOVATIVE IDEAS I-Care Support Agreement gives you a simple, flexible and cost
effective solution for dealing with your IT issues and problems. Our block
time agreements allow you to reduce your IT cost by committing to a block of
hours and pre-paying for the time. Some of the benefits of this agreement include: |

I-Care Maintenance
Agreement |
| Have a large roll-out or multi-month project, need an on-staff IT person, or
a systems engineer to supplement your IT staff. Then an INNOVATIVE IDEAS Monthly
Maintenance Agreement is for your company. With a Monthly Maintenance Agreement
INNOVATIVE IDEAS will provide you an experienced systems engineer at your site
to manage, support, implement, and or consult on a daily, weekly, or monthly
scheduled visit. Some of the benefits of this agreement include: |
• On-Site service and administration
• Scheduled service on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom basis
• A primary Systems Engineer to manage and work with your company
• Direct access to your assigned Systems Engineer
• One rate for all of our services
• Other SE’s can supplement your primary SE
• Rate lock-in for hours that exceed the number of monthly hours
• Deepest discount on services that INNOVATIVE IDEAS offers
• No trip fees, no 40 mile max trip
• Priority service over all other INNOVATIVE IDEAS customers
• Convenience of having an on-site IT staff member with-out having to pay
employee benefits and taxes
• Monthly management and status meetings on progress of project or health

Ideas Inc will assess, plan,
and implement your company’s
IT project while providing
updates on a regular basis
with a fixed price. Some of
the benefits of this agreement

• One fixed price for the entire scope of the project
• No hidden cost’s
• Planning and consulting meetings to define a scope of work
• Written scope of work with time frame
• Change orders issued for changes in project scope or additions to the
project**
• Post meeting to review project
• Project documented |
*No trip fees if within 40 miles of Innovative Ideas
main site, reduced fee for Project Agreement holders over 40 miles.
**Change orders may result in more needed equipment or service at an additional
cost.
